Welcome to tiny-memory. By accessing or using our Telegram bot and website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

tiny-memory provides a minimalist, text-based gratitude journaling system. The Service operates via a Telegram bot that captures your gratitude logs (text entries and photo uploads), schedules morning reminders, caps entries at exactly 3 per day to build healthy habits, and dispatches nostalgic memory echoes of past journal posts to you.

2. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Our Service is built upon and operates through the Telegram messaging platform. By using tiny-memory, you also agree to be bound by Telegram’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

tiny-memory is an independent service entirely separate from Telegram FZ-LLC. The Telegram name, logo, and platform are registered trademarks of their respective owners. Their inclusion in this Service does not imply endorsement or partnership.

3. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, or disable any daily journal cap limits (exactly 3 entries per local day).
• Attempt to compromise the security, integrity, or storage systems of the Service.
• Send messages containing malicious payloads, viruses, spam, or abusive material to the bot.

We reserve the right to block or terminate your access to the bot and delete your journal history if you violate these Terms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We rely on the uptime and availability of third-party platforms (Telegram Bot API and Amazon Web Services). If these platforms experience service disruptions, our Service will be degraded accordingly.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TINY-MEMORY OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PRIVATE JOURNAL RECORDS, OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

You explicitly agree that we are not liable for any loss, deletion, corruption, or exposure of your journal entries, photos, or message logs due to system bugs, API changes, database errors, or external security breaches.

6. Termination and Data Purging

You may stop using the Service at any time by stopping or blocking the tiny-memory bot in Telegram. If you would like us to permanently delete your registration data, contact number, and journal archive from our databases and AWS S3 storage buckets, please request data deletion via email. We will process your deletion request within 5 business days.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
